Importing missing tweets from a text file

A forum thread posted in Tweet Nest by nclm_ on Jun 8th, 2012

nclm_ OP

Hello,

Thanks for making Tweet Nest, it is really great. However, I had 2443 tweets when I installed it, so my 243 first tweets are missing. I found them in a raw horodated text archive file* on my laptop though, and I would like to import them.

Is there a way to do it? My host offer phpMyAdmin to access the database, and I can see imported tweets in the ‘tn_tweets’ table. There is an import feature, but I do not want to break everything, and I don’t know how to format my file before importing it.

And there is the ‘extra’ column which I don’t know how it works, and the ‘tn_tweetwords’ and ‘tn_words’ table that probably have to be regenerated after the import.

Or maybe I do not need to go through SQL and Tweet Nest can directly handle a manual import ?

Can someone help me? Thank you!
Nicolas.
