Rate limit 150 request

Hi guys,

I can’t understand why the script displays this error when I try to load user :

Connecting & parsing…
Connecting to: 1/users/show.json?screen_name=erwan_lenagard
Rate limit exceeded. Clients may not make more than 150 requests per hour.

someone could help me to resolve this issue please ?

I Have the same problem.
I still didn’t use the loadtweets.php for some days, bit i always have the Warning: Rate limit exceeded …..
