@Phirewire Only somewhat. Seems to cater more to coders. E.g. no WYSIWYG, but many code navigation helping tools. Much fresher interface.

What is it with the IE8 config guide? If you in any way shut off IE during first run, the guide won't ever reappear - even if you ask it to.
